Newest granson born at 6:43 this evening. Wife drove 8 1/2 hours to get there.....and baby was born when she took her dad to get something to eat!
7 lbs 14 oz. All lungs....
So the count is 8 gransons and 3 granddaughters!

One more boy and I can start a granson baseball minor league team! If the girls are in, we can alreay put up a pee wee foot ball sqaud......wel, after the little one can walk and run!
Nothing like another grandchild! Spoil 'em and send them back to mom and dad! heehee....

Congratulations! I'm glad she made it (sort of) this time! Also glad to hear he is healthy and well.

Thanks guys. Wife's really excited. She sent me a phots and said she got to feed the abayb and "change his tiny diaper." Geeess. Change a diaper? Excited about changing a diaper? Really? I'll pass.
And another thing for those of you that do NOT have kids yet. Beware the lies on the diaper packaging. For instance, it may say "up to 12 pounds." I happen to KNOW FOR A FACT......stuff will start oooozing out after about 2 pounds! NO way will it hold 12 pounds!
