Well just figured I'd throw this out there, went to work with the grandfather to do a wireless install, got to drive his BMW 525i, mid 90's model I think. It has a straight 6, 5spd, plenty of power and handles great but, they are not made for a "big" person. I'm by no means tall, around 5' 7" and my head touches the headliner and the steering wheel goes in and out but has no tilt..... Crazy... But still a nice ride

Nice looking place you got there!

I'd be out walking the property looking for hangups and other dangers left by someone who had no business running a chainsaw.

Thanks. Now that the leaves are done for the season I can actually see more of the property, might post up a few pictures sooner or later.

I'd guess it was the druggie neighbor who did the chainsawing, he did all the cutting around here.

That'd make sense, that it was someone who wasn't thinking clearly. Just looking at that stump locked my spine.

If you find any hangups and you're not really experienced taking them down, recruit someone who is. Retrieving hangups is more dangerous than felling, but leaving them in place is a danger to anyone who gets near them -- especially kids who like to play on or under them.

All that said, it really does look like one very nice property.

.
Something wrong with that stump??? lol...my son "sharpened" the chain for me once, when I went to use it, it dug in and took off like a corkscrew...I still don't know how he sharpened it but that saw would just take off on an angle no matter what I tried....the stump kinda looked like that when I was done...lol
