Search function?

Search function?
I have noticed that when someone posts a question people jump on and tell them to use the search function. I see it all the time when I use the SEARCH FUNCTION! I know it is annoying when you keep seeing the same question. But when it is posted again it comes up in the search function. The problem is also what words you put in the search function. If you do not use the right words it does not come up.
Here is a simple solution that I use on many forums; when I see the same question I do a quick search that takes no time because I know what words I have used to call up a thread. Then I put "If you search for ____ you will find these threads (copy and paste from the address bar so they can just click on it). This should answer your questions if not ask for clarity."
That way six months or longer from now when some starts searching and get 1,000 threads instead of finding over and over to use the search function they used to find someone saying to use the search function and they find a link to the information they are looking for. That way even if the person did not use the search function the person that does use the search function can actually find something useful.
I have wasted so much time reading all the comments to use the search function posted by people that make the search function not work as well. So if you are one of those people and think this post was a waste of time I hope someone else can just put a link like this one and look at #2 https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...dge-forum.html Just a little respect for people from different backgrounds. I will work on forgiving all of you people that keep telling people to use the search function
I know I know I am a super genius.

Don't get confused between someone telling you to "use the search button" and someone suggesting " searching the DIY/FAQ section". I have stopped telling anyone to "do a search" . Because it does suck. But the FAQ/DIY section, does not suck.
