Yes, yes I am.

I might be the one launching nukes from the truck if I get it.

Yeah, it's a 2WD. W's are 4x4 as you well know. Plan for the truck? Yeah, I'm weird, if the **** hits the fan and we have an EMP, I have transportation if I can get fuel. (don't give me bs, I know the problems already). If everything is fine, I plan on doing like a resto-mod. Even though it's a 3/4 ton and a CC, it would still look cool, me thinks.
I dunno what headers it's got, but it does have duals at 90's out back. Looks to be 2.5's. The guy I talked to said that when he acquired it, he used it to tow some horse trailers and what not, and he said that it pulled really well.
And unfortunately, no pictures ATM...and no phone either. The truck is also about 20 mi away.
You wouldn't believe how many people, even Dodge guys, who call W-series trucks by D-series names. So I just wanted to be 100% clear. Nothing wrong with fixing up a 3/4 ton, these days a nice 70's dodge ain't exactly a commodity. Keep us posted

Yeah, that was the plan, but this is almost too good to pass up if it's sound.

Yup, I knows mah Dodge terminology.
And that is what I thought, a clean D200 would be pretty nice. It's also a Club Cab and while I know you don't care for it, I think it looks neat and it's also very rare around here. I saw a 75 D200 custom on youtube that had a chopped roof, was really clean.

Sounds like a fun project. Those 400 big blocks are a bit doggy from the factory. They kind of drove like they were equiped with a really heavy 4 cyl engine lol. They do wake up with some mods and it sounds like you have a good start with the headers and dual exhaust. A nice carb and a good tune up would probably make it very happy. I hope the deal works out and that you keep us posted

I had one of those engines in a 72 charger I restored.

I planned on doing a tune up to it. Like right off the bat since I know how much it affects performance.

I'm trying to figure out how I can buy this thing... If only I were already home... Maybe it will still be for sale when I get there!

That is nice... wonder if it still has the 203 t-case in it.... I LIKE my full time 4x4... except when the back brakes didn't work. (SURPRISE!!!!) Stepped on the pedal in the snow... fronts locked, rears went twice as fast..... stuffed me into a retaining wall......
