Default Thexh20s updates

Truck is awesome, but gas sucks. Lol. Here's my investment since I last logged in here, now at 200,600 miles today.

Truck w blown tranny at 193k - $700 thru craigslist, bought it in April 2011
DYI tranny rebuild - apprx. $400 overhaul (runs but CEL came on)
Tranny oil cooler - $50
New o2 sensors - $120 (cel came off)
New fuel pump - $225
New belt & tensional - $70
Pulstar sparkplugs - $85
Accel distributor & Accel rotor - $35
Accel ignition coil and mopar harness - $90
Spectre air intake - $170
Air raid throttle spacer - $100
New heavy duty 130v alternator - $160
DYI Front suspension replaced (ball joints, tierod, pitman, hubs, idler arm)- $400
17" rims - $125 ea = $500
265/70/17 bfgs m2 - $240 ea = $960
Dynomax muffler - $90
DYI custom welded front bumper - 24ft tube for $110 .125 wall
Optima battery - $200
2" pro comp poly spacer - $125
Silverstar zXe headlights - $60

= appx $4550.

Driver seat is crooked, seat and airbag light is on (dealership said 1k to replace the module in the steering wheel. Mild cracked dash. I can invest more to it and make it into a prerunner wannabe. Look looking for the right headers. I keep saying I got it for 700, but then it's close to 5k already.

Any opinions to this? Lol

Air raid throttle spacer - $100

That was a waste of 100 bucks. Does nothing whatsoever on these trucks, no matter what the manufacturer says....

Aside from that, not bad. Got a recent pic??

Spectre air intake - $170

A K&N drop in filter probably would work as good or better......... But I run a Spectre 14x3 so I can't talk a whole lot.

Nice truck. I love the rims.

Yeah, that's sharp. Is the hood black for any particular reason?? Did you have to replace that at some point, or did you paint it that color on purpose?

Ha. I spray painted over the paint or wax that was coming off the hood. I want that custom hood that i saw here and wide fenders off from fiberwerks. Know what im talking abt??

i got the k&n filter too, i jus like the sprectre look. Looking for sum nice set of headers and thinking to go w led lights on the bar or those classics offroading lights

Just out of curiosity, how do you like your head lights?
I've been wanting something brighter than my cheap Xtravisions, but couldn't justify the price.

If you get the prerunner fenders make sure you get some wheel spacers to bring the wheels out or it will look really wierd, and i would go with a led bar.

+1... The money should have gone to fixing/eliminating the plenum issue.
