Default Front differential

I recently put a true trac rear differential with 3.92 motive gears. Any suggestions on a front differential. Not really off roading, just trail riding.

Selectable locker...... not sure what is available for the D44 though... maybe an ARB air locker?

I've read of Jeep guys running Ox lockers in their D44 although I thought the setup was a little pricey IIRC

Don't think they make them any more either.

X2 with the above statement...honestly if it whats you REALLY want to do then by all means run with it dude, but if all you are doing is "trail riding" (I'm not knocking doing that, just quoting how you described it) and you already have a locker in the rear, if you have some decent tires you should be all set, I'd put the money else where

OX-Locker or ARB to front diff, I wouldn't even think about anything else than selectable locker.

Flexy suspension (= loose the sway bar) and aggressive tires are better option if it's just occasional trail-riding. I have those + 2,5" leveling kit and some bumper and rocker mods, and it's surprisingly capable rig. Tires are 37" Creepys.
