I have ordered a couple things from them and always received good packaging and products. I would guess that they will take care of you, but have not had to use customer service myself so idk for sure.

Good customer service so far. Sent the email last night and this is the response I received a little bit ago:

Thank you for your message. We apologize your part arrived damaged! We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We will do our best to assist you in any way that we can. We are able to issue you a replacement order or set up a return for a refund. Please advise as to which option you would prefer.
We look forward to your response.
I asked about just replacing the broken one with expedited shipping, but told them if that wasn't an option just replacement is fine. We'll see how it goes.
