The passenger side light was packaged like it should be, and was intact. Now we'll see how their customer service is.
I have ordered a couple things from them and always received good packaging and products. I would guess that they will take care of you, but have not had to use customer service myself so idk for sure.
Good customer service so far. Sent the email last night and this is the response I received a little bit ago:

We are able to issue you a replacement order or set up a return for a refund. Please advise as to which option you would prefer.

I asked about just replacing the broken one with expedited shipping, but told them if that wasn't an option just replacement is fine. We'll see how it goes.
Yeah I am sure that is the last time I would want to be driving out there. The winds were so powerful last Friday it blew some of the shacks on the lake over a mile away! My buddies ended up on the beach.
