thank ya, its a work in progress.with a lot of , i fix different issues.
next is when i installed this chain and some military grade shackles that fell off the back of a truck i also installed a license plate light too so it would pass inspection. two days after it gets inspection, the trans goes out...with only about two months left in the military and yes that is good ole texas sweet tea that my grandma makes daily. one of the plus's ive had being stationed at home for the past 3 years.
here it is getting ready to pull the trans. some military posts have an auto crafts shop, i think in total i paid $32 for time on the lift and i got away with no storage fees for a month whenever i pick up a 5.9 and have the girlfriend rebuild it ill do a good exhaust with headers and what not. for now its what i picked it up with. weird no cats and regular o2 sensors but still doesnt throw a code.

I see something glaringly wrong with this picture: STACKED BLOCKS.
bahsgopjrafljiragijrigj...NO!
Other than that, nice rig.

+2 have the blocks welded together ( 1 inch stitch on front and rear of block) or replace with 1 big block

she mostly got tired of the a/c not working from the wild vents and so thats why she first started working on it. now she just does it because she has found its not all that complicated.
thanks tho, it has been an alright rig, need to swap the rear end for an lsd one and bigger gears in both. always love the stares i get when driving it tho
got some stickers for free the other day
put the vtec and speed bump one on too, the skull is my car clubs sticker
new headlights finally
how they look on the truck, funny thing is my truck came with fog lights but at some point someone took them off. wirings still there and everything
and yes i know the grille guard is crooked, its a used one from a junk yard. might be selling it as i want a bumper replacement instead

You can do 7 or 8 inch diesel springs up front which will get you about 10 or 11 inches of lift and add spacers as needed. For the rear, there's a bunch of ways to achieve lift; 4" BDS shackle flip and 1" zero rate block with correct offset, and 6" springs. Or AALs, springs, and regular blocks. Or any other combo you want. You can also throw in a 3" body lift in place of suspension lift height. Your gonna have to make your own control arms and trackbar unless you wanna have them custom made by dtprofab or dodgeoffroad. You also need an extreme drop pitman arm, extended sway bar links/drop bracket, and custom length shocks. You will also have to install a tcase indexing ring kit so the driveshaft has the correct angle. Its also a very good idea to get crossover steering and hydro steering. 1 ton axles and some low (5.13 or so) gears are a must as well, which means 8 lug rims. Diff lockers are a good idea too if you're gonna be getting deep into mud.
And depending on how big of tires your gonna get, rockwell axles might be a better choice than 1 tons.
Fabricating things yourself and shopping around will help to make things cheap as possible.
Another, more expensive option, is to do a 7" skyjacker lift with a 3" body lift. Simpler than piecing a kit together, but more expensive. And I would highly advise against buying full throttle suspension/whiplash lift kits. From what others say, they're junk and not safe, especially for offroad use. Their 10" coils are fine to use though.
