Question shake at 140km/h

hey folks, when i am going to pass someone on the highway and i hit 140km/h my truck has a fairly aggressive shake but nothing too concerning, but if i continue to accelerate to 160km/h it gets much more aggressive and I get a flashing CEL but goes away once I slow down. I know i probably dont need to be going that fast but its whats gonna happen haha. If someone could help that would be great! Thanks!

Out of balance wheel.. Bad u joint.. Bad hub bearing... A misfire in the motor.. It could be a number of things.. But with the CEL flashing its leading me to believe its in the motor.. mis-fire

could always do the key trick to pull codes. key on-off-on-off-on then watch the mileage display
