bummer to hear that. i dont know if my words will help but at least he's not in pain anymore. my families last dog was 11 or 12 when she passed and we had to put her down... that being the first dog i ever remember was like my first dog. it was one of the hardest things ive had to go through. but she was out of her misery and knowing that made a little more happy. maybe that can help you. i dont know. but im sorry to hear about your loss...
