The Long Haul Ram would be nice, but I'd have to bet you'd lose some tow ability with all that fuel weight, maybe not enough to even notice though...

Plus you'd have to mortgage your home to fill it up.....once.

And then there is going to be people thinking HEY I CAN GO TOW 30k!!!! Hook up a trailer and fill it.. Only to realize once they get pulled over they dont have their CDL... Bust out the lube cause you will need it for that traffic stop lol.... Gotta be smart when hauling.. If you aint got the license dont try and haul heavy stuff.. Thats how I make some side money here and there.. Drive peoples heavy stuff around that they arent legal to.

It can only tow measly 9 tons...about the same as a cab & chassis

This is a bit missleading.

Thier are three versions of the 2013 CTD
6sp man with a detuned 650 ft LBS ..
mid duty version not sure on the FTlbs
450 and 550 cabs are the 18,000 ftlbs trucks.

Hope the front ends don't have the dodge death wobble desgin, as I quite like the looks of the 2013 HD trucks..
