I have seen very few vehicles actually able to do this.. Its pretty much pointless to.. Unless you have the money to get that kind of power it just isnt within reasonable reach..

Take this guy for instance..

And here is one of his comments...
62mm/80mm twin turbo set up, Single Stage 3 cp3, Flux 3.3 injectors, Fire ringed head, and LOTS of supporting mods, and even more tranny work...

my advise is still sound. with how narrow and cheap 13" tire are a Cummins with a 5 speed should have no problem doing a rolling burnout at 50-60mph with them.

I dont doubt that smaller tires would let it happen.. But the question is why? Why the hell would you switch your tires to go out and either destroy your truck or kill someone?

tiny tires turn easily. plus you can get them for pretty much nothing since i don't think junkyards are suppose to sell them.

I had a 73 cuda that would do it, mind you I wasa pushing 740 horse and ~700 torque with a bbk 440 and a $4500 727 torqueflite. I didn't find out on purpose and was on a privately owned parking lot racing a 69 camaro, at a 60mph roll I pulled down a gear on the slapstick and smashed it and the coopers wouldn't hook. Broke the reared, driveshaft and spun the splines off the trans, and ruined a good pair of boxer briefs. I don't recommend it at all, especially in a 3/4 ton truck

I tell you one thing you better be ready for it when it happens, when I had my stock size tires on my truck I could do it all the time.....when it was raining first time it happend when trying to pass a car one tire hit a yellow dash and the truck kicked side ways real quick.

Throw some some cheap 225 or 235 wide tires that are fairly worn out and wait for rain, should be able to do it stock......this also the cause for many accidents in trucks, so be ready to face the consequences

meh mine will do it easier than I let on, but I do avoid it...while rolling get rpms at ~2000 and put the skinny pedal to the floor and pressure on the brake pedal..tires will break loose if you have the power.

think he will most likely end up like this dummy though:
