Phew! This is a pretty big project. This is all from what I have gathered, and if I am wrong please someone feel free to correct me I would suggest getting rid of EVERYTHING that's related to the EFI and stock PCM. That means you'll have to craft together a new dash cluster, unless someone else knows a trick here. I am PRETTY certain you're going to need a new distributor and ignition system (like an older LA setup). I would suggest using a different intake, something like the Edlebroke air gap or something similar. You could probably get away with the Kegger, but you're going to have to plug up the injector holes. Now for your transmission, you're going to have to something like the 727 guys do when they swap in an a518. Like so: http://www.transmissioncenter.net/SwapInformation.htm
I am sure I am missing a LOT here, but this is just stuff I could come up with off the top of my head. I am sure somebody with more experience will have quite a bit more to add!

Sometimes on older cars you can install a carb and get more hp. However this truck is to new and unless your really good at reading plugs or use a wide and 02 to tune it then you'll get much worse performance out of a carb. By the time you've spent the money to put the carb on, you're have spent more money than if you fixed whatever problems your having with the fuel injection and bought a tuner.

So in short your going to loose HP on this truck.

A carburetor is nothing more than a controlled fuel leak. They are inefficient and antiquated.
