you can rent a compression tester from oreilly's autoparts. you have to put it on a credit card like you're buying it, then you get a full reversal when you return it.

I don't recall that EVER actually happening. I think it is an unwritten rule here...... No thread my go thru its entire useful life without at least three off-topic responses. I don't recall seeing that one in the mods section though.
Funny story with the 360 engine. I replaced it 4 times for various problems resulting in blown motor in each one. I bought all 4 with less than 150k miles on them and well they lasted bout 2k miles, okay okay i beat the **** out of them. in my other truck before i traded it in for a plasticmobile which is currently down right now because of the stupid passlock security system... stupid... I would love a lift and rims i am looking at now, Does anyone know where i can get my truck painted nicely round minnesota?
What would you guys suggest on the headers?
