Agreed.. You will most likely not get a truck like these into those time ranges without any boost

I think you can safely say never without boost... Unless going downhill .

Nitrous might help though.

Damn! Now that's what I'm talking about. I'm going to go with the cheaper mods first. Could someone give me suggestions for the too of the line parts that will give me the most power? I know so far that, sct tunes, k&n cold air, and Harland sharp roller rockers will put me to a good start. But what ignition and stuff?

And appearany it has a "v force muffler with down tube" what's a down tube? And what's v force. I noticed it comes out the side behind the rear wheel.

Cold air intake is marginal at best as OEM is almost (except for restriction from inner fender. And ignition components are good from factory, if cap and rotor, wires, and plugs are good.

How much would it be to get that tranny put in I don't have time for a project right now. Would it make a huge difference without any other mods?
