1 ton steering upgrade
#15
Danny at dodgeoffroad is promising a steering upgrade soon - coming May 1st.
i'd expect his to be both very good, and a little more affordable than others
the DT is about $500 with the stabilizer.
the dodge version is about $300 w/o the stabilizer.

Well, guess I could wait until 1 May... Just not a huge fan of prolonging this all. Heck, my inspection is this month but I won't be taking it in until I have all the upgrades/replacement parts in.
InfO.
Edit: Heck, I've love to get my hands on that bumper too, but something tells me shipping to Canada would ruin it. Maybe to Houlton, Maine and pick it up... all in parts...

I would just follow your current path for parts. I have been waiting on Dodge offroad to update their release info for a while and nothing has changed in months, you could be waiting until xmas 2015 before he releases this upgrade. There are also no specs or info as to what is in the kit, you might not even like what you see or get. If you do upgrade to a heim joint steering set-up check your laws out there, I can't use them over here in BC on a street truck it will not pass a VI.

Going to start ordering parts. Merc, I'm gonna look at those optionals and make a decision.
Thanks for the PDF on lifts across Canada. Only skimmed it so far, haven't gotten into the meat but from my brief look... could be safe in NB )
Only issue is if I end up in Ontario, in Ottawa. Truck might have to get parked...
