If that doesn't work for whatever reason I will be messaging you to find out about your setup!

I imagine the 2500 master cylinder would put out more volume and only be better. Did you keep the proportioning valve off the 2500. You will need that for the proper proportioning for the rear disc brakes. The drum brakes do not take as much volume of fluid to actuate them as the disc do. I would think that the master cylinder and proportioning valve of the 2500 would be the idea set up. Let me know how it works out. I bet your getting excited to get this project wrapped up.

No point in keeping it if you don't need it.

The proportioning valve is built into the master cylinder right?

I don't fully understand brakes, but I don't think it is... That is if it is part of the combination valve which I think it is.

And when you don't have you will need it. You never know when you will need a spare.

I will have to go loom in the garage tomorrow. I can't remember at the moment.

That doesn't look anything like what is on my truck or the 2500

My spare is in the box. Don't have to worry about the stock spare carrier freezing up and it's easier to get to. I'm not sure what size tire he plans on running, but it might not even work with the stock setup.

I'm not sure how much different our brakes are, but that is how mine is. Check this out:

Nope. Its the little aluminum block that both the lines from the master go to first, should have one electrical connection on it. Unless you have RWAL, then it may also have a couple solenoids on it. If you have 4WAL, all bets are off.
