Dana 60 Swap!
im at college, so theyre not with me right now but I can measure them tonight probably.
^^^ I don't think so but I can go check to be sure, good point I just grabbed two arm's and took a pix of them Oops.
Edit; You are right Sir that smaller arm is the upper arm for a 1500, so ignore that pix/post. See you need to be here to fix my F ups.

^^ No that would just F your caster up something horrible.
To clear up the cloudy confusion about my advise to Hammy. I believe that the frame control arm mounts on the 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton frames are in the exact same location. The wider d60 housing would then call for a shorter arm to locate it in the same place. My personal opinion is that they mounted the front axles about 2 inches too far back in these trucks. Nobody ever has problems rubbing tires on the front bumper. So if I had all the parts available like Cory does, I would use the 1500 control arms with the 2500 d60 and move it a bit forward of the stock location. Only maybe 1.5" max, no big deal, won't affect steering or anything. We did a 2" axle forward kit on an '01 24v at work recently and it solved the guys rubbing issues with no ill side effects.
Merc you are still 10 times more knowledgeable with these trucks than me.
