I <3 my Truck !
Well 3000 miles later ,I have alot more confidence in what my truck can do now.
Only real problem I had was it started making a gawd awful squealing noise in Omaha. and I couldn't figure out where it was coming from.
When i finally got to cleveland and rested , i started grabbing pulleys, and the idler pulley felt loose like the bearing was bad, but i didn't check to see if the bolt was loose i just replaced it.
It wasn't the cause of the noise, after more searching, it turns out the rubber hose from the manifold to the PCV valve was so old and oil soaked that it was collapsing on it's self and making the noise kind of like a duck call .
other than that it drove great even at speed upto 85 MPH , with only a slight vibration at about 82 mph, not so bad for an 18 y.o. truck with 210k miles on it.
I mean it's a Truck , not a Cadillac , so it drove like a truck , but i was Quite happy.

yup , had it up to 85 several times
funny thing is this is the only vehicle i've ever owned that had over sized tire and the speed -o-meter is 100% dead on accurate. Several construction areas had speed limit warning radar signs that kept reminding me i was going 10 mph over the posted speed limit
