Yes they are Mopar replacement housings. To go with those I added Piaa bulbs for the headlights and the fogs. Those don't look to bad the big thing is to make sure they have aiming screws as some don't and that is useless.

Next question

Is there any benefit to buying the conversion set up? I know i'll have to buy other items to set up a relay, but are the plugs they offer acceptable or a no go?

Not to me it's not, but I do wiring quite a bit. I went and got two bosch relays, one three way(on-off-on) switch, and light sockets from the auto parts store, three hours later I had a full harness made up and ready to plug in. For some the store bought harness will be fine and save hassle of making your own. If you need I can make you up a wiring diagram, might take a week for me to get it to you. I can't say what there parts/plugs are like never bought one.

Edit: You will need to open the factory bulb socket/plug and switch some of the wires around in there to suit the new bulbs, ez to do and no parts needed.

this guy has some wiring diagrams, do they look correct to you?
I am trying to get a list of items needed put together. If we can work on that, it would get me going in the right direction. Everyone seems to have their own set up.
I have this guys list, and then the list from https://dodgeforum.com/forum/1946183-post6.html

I replaced my original yellowed sport headlight housings with the ebay replicas, they were an exact match in reflector design and light pattern as the originals. Very good quality they've held up very well the last four years, still look new. I like the OE sport headlight look, not a fan of the projector style avail for our trucks. I added some HID projector fog lights to make up for the low output of the halogens.

I got my replacement headlights from AMAutoparts.com. They were EXACTLY like the originals. (except, they weren't yellowed....) They had the adjusting screws. 85 bucks for a pair, with the side markers, and all the bulbs. Couldn't beat that deal.

Yes they did. HeyYou $85 is a steal. I paid about $130 for mine. There is a seller on ebay that sells the sport headlights with the adapter harness for non sport models.

Okay,
I've got the headlights, connectors, and my amps. Waiting on the relays to show up in the mail.
While I was trying to figure out where I was going to install everything in the truck I came across 3 plugs I know nothing about.
Can anyone tell me what they are.

This one is located on the driver side front fender below my horn.
Someone said fog lights? But there isn't a plug like this on the other side, and the v10's did not come with fog lights because the transmission cooler was so large it blocked being able to put fog lights in. However, I got a new transmission which came with a much smaller cooler, so now I have room to install.

plug 2
Driver side top fender, right by my fuse box.

Finally plug 3
Located under my radiator. I'm hoping this is for the heater block on the truck? Live in montana, truck starts right up in -20 degree weather (thank god) but gets questionable at -30. If i can install one simply I would like too.

Any education to help my wiring ignorance would be appreciated

Number 3 is more than likely the connector for the Fog light harness that isn't there on your truck. The other two, I am not sure. Best guess is for options that your truck doesn't have. (low washer fluid indicator? ambient air temp sensor? other?)

Block heaters are by and large 110 volt. They replace one of the freeze plugs on the side of the block, and will have a cord running to the front of the truck somewhere. Looks a lot like an extension cord......
