We had a baby about 6 months ago, and not having a rear door is going to be difficult, nevermind we just haven't used it in over a year... Just wondering if it's worth even bothering to try to sell it.

It has hauled halfway across the country and back dozens of times, it's a towing champion.

Thoughts?

(when we first bought it....)

I doubt you will get what you invested out of it. It IS a NICE truck. (understatement) The lack of rear doors will only be an issue for a little while, then your new addition to the family will be asking for the keys, not being plopped into a car (truck?) seat. If it's paid for, and doesn't need to be a daily driver, and you have the room for it, just keep it.

How much would you *like* to get out of it?

We wont get CLOSE to what we invested, just wondering what peoples thoughts were as to what we MAY be able to get for it.

It's paid for, isn't driven really at all because it's just not practical. We bought an SUV and can tow a single car with that and have plenty of room inside for the baby and all of his accessories, so, this just sits...

I have no idea what we would want out of it, I haven't been able to find anything remotely comparable out there to even gauge a price off of. LOL

Maybe you could just *loan* it to me then. At least it would get some use.

Pricing it out on various "value" websites, I come up with a little over 4K. Bear in mind, I didn't get an option for the 8.0 motor. Even so, that strikes me as painfully under priced. Around here, probably 8 to 10K without too much effort.

That's one sharp looking truck! Just curious, what are them things under the front of the truck? Are they to aid the steering?

One of the best looking 10's I've ever seen.

Throw it up on CL for what you think would be fair and go from there.

Worst thing that happens is you say no to a few people.

If you have receipts of all of the work you have done to it, that can only help your cause.

I thought it was for a plow or something.
