The coils will fit in the front, but for the 2500 leaf springs to fit you will have to change the spring mounts. the 2500 leaf springs are wider than the 1500 leaf springs.
Coil springs should give you about 10 inches of lift. I **** you not man. The leaf springs give you so much lift you can't even measure it with a 25ft tape measure.
You'll be driving over the local prius owners on no time. I'd go with 50in tires if I was you.
The front coils swap in and will give you about a 2 inch lift in the front, levelling out the truck. The rear leafs require some cutting and moving. Not worth it in my opinion. It's almost the same amount of work to swap in a rear 2500 d60 axle. Front coil swap, giver.

Or you can cut the perches off. Put 2.5in perches on and keep the 1500 springs.
