"... and the rear end clicks like a lot of rams out there". Maybe it's an option that my Base model came without?

I'd written something like that but deleted it before posting.

One of my practical joker uncles hung a large nut on a piece of tie wire under a neighbor's vehicle so it would knock when the car was traveling at speed. It made the neighbor crazy for a few years, and of the several mechanics he took it to none found that nut hanging under there. It was still there when he sold the car.

What's so special about these trucks anyway? Besides the paint and the fancy wheels.

I think you said it.

I think maybe a few more ponies under the hood, but I could be wrong...

Limited production, so, ostensibly, they are 'worth more'...... Some folks are interested in them, so, I thought I would post it up here... there are a fair few michiganders around here.

96 SS/T ???? Not. 97-98 years only and no, no chrome bumpers came on a SS/T. That said if it was a real 97-98 SS/T I would grab it if it was much closer.

Ooops, I fat-fingered the title..... it's a 97, I'll fix that.

No clue about the chrome bumper.
