Yesterday I was determined after work to get my truck together enough to drive it to work the next day. I grabbed the new headlights, grill and junkyard bumper and started assembly. The headlights and grill bolted up without any problems. When I put the bumper brackets on and tried to sit the bumper on the brackets, where the pole hit it was a little crooked because where it attaches to the frame it was bent. Nothing a torch and a few fits with a hammer can't fix.

I got it drivable but not finished. It needs the intake, horn, wiper fluid tank installed and I need to order some parts for A/C.

Haven't done a whole lot on the truck since I started driving it again. Today I put on the bumper molding and gave her a nice bath. Will be rolling over 180k miles soon... throwing around the idea of building myself a decent hp 360

 

Paint the bed black, and then leave the front.
