They shut down EVERYTHING. Gas stations will close at the end of this week. They called the national guard in and they brought tanks/MRAPS/ and a few other vehicles in on the train. Only one confirmed case near me and that's a big distance away
Wow. Does not sound like a good time. Lucky for me I live out of town and have a job I can kinda do remotely (which I have been forced to do). So if I get stir crazy I hop on the 4 wheeler and go for a rip.

Seems to me that a Gas Station would be considered essential...... Unless they want to shut down travel completely. How are the folks that have 'essential' jobs supposed to get there, if they can't put gas in their car???
Well, I have never really expected 'intelligent behavior' from a government entity. I think that's against the rules.

So after 3 months of looking within a 300 mile range an off-road package truck finally came up for sale. I went and test drove it and loved it. Those 4.10s really make the difference and the suspension was really nice. However the truck was in need of trans work (badly), needs some touch up and was full of little dents, it was a sport with a laramie rear bumper and tailgate off a different truck, and you could move every part of the steering almost an inch by hand, it has 160k on it and they still wanted $8,000 for it. A non off-road truck would only be like $3500-4 in the condition that one was. I want one so bad but I can't justify that kind of money for a few extras that I don't have now. Mainly the LSD and 4.10s. So here my My 01 ram 1500 4x4 quad cab Laramie SLT Off Road Package Edition
question to those who have one, are they really that special that there is a $2,000-4,000 premium on these? I can get a 2500 v10 cheaper here.
bought mine in CdA Idaho last month. Paid $3990 and had 226k with new radiator, front end and U-joints , transmission , and new 16 inch tires. Found original window sticker that says off road package came with 17x8 alloys. Someone must have swapped out the rims for cheaper tires.
