Never got a notification that anyone replied... Here is the forum though https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/forums/3rd-generation-ram-non-drivetrain-all-years-101/check-out-my-air-ride-seats-145241/
I personally like the 2nd gen seats but an upgrading to 3rd gen seats (even though I hate them) just so I can get a factory passenger powered seat

While the 94-97 seats are sub-par, I find my 99 (98-02) seats the best I've ever had. A main reason why I've kept my 2nd gen all these years. They are far superior to any chebby, 3rd gen, ferd, etc. I've ridden or driven since being alive. Several years ago I swapped around the seat bottoms since I rarely have a passenger and have gotten another 10 years out of my driver's cushion.

I know the 2.5 gen seats are belt-integrated, but is there a way to swap them into the 2.4 gens with pillar mounted belts? You might try that.

The floors are different between the two sub-generations as well, so, the seats are not an easy swap.
