The Mopar performance lifters will be ok in the 408? Also if I do it right, I'll be pulling around 450 hp and 500 tq with the build I've planned out. Engine is getting moved to a friend's heated shop for winter.
Who's going to be building your tranny?

So if I were to add a supercharger or turbo, my compression ratio needs to be lower. There are many things that affect compression, combustion chamber size being one. So as of now I believe my compression ratio is between 9.5-10. if I were to go with a larger combustion chamber and lower the ratio, I could possibly use the same cam and pistons and add some forced induction? Just having thoughts lol

You can put a turbo/blower on any engine, regardless of internals, you just need to watch how much boost you run. Having internals specifically chosen with boost in mind, will get you more power from the same cubes. Still and all, NOTHING wakes up a motor like forced induction.

My landlord has headstuds that he said I could use if I ever needed.. so I'm almost think of getting these combustion Chambers bigger to lower my compression ratio a bit so I can safely run some boost. To be honest, there isn't a lot of options for fuel injected magnums.. I could obviously go with different pistons and stroke, but that would mean disassembling what I already have done. Which of the two, turbo or blower, would be best for my engine?
so far my engine and how ive planned it is..
Already Done:
block bored .030 over painted hemi orange with 0deck height
Eagle stroker kit that includes 4 inch stroke with i beam rods, -28cc inv dome forged aluminum pistons
226-230 duration@50 555/.565 lift with 1.6 rocker ratio 110 LSA Hughes cam
Double roller timing chain
Lifters waiting to be dropped in
Melling oil pump not sure of the brand of oil pan but is rear sump
Dropped distributor gear in

My plan for the rest:
IMM machined EQ heads 2.02/1.60 intake/exhaust that include vavles with seat job done and springs allowing .625 lift hardened pushrods with 60-62 cc combustion chamber(maybe 72cc depending on if blower/turbo will be good with that)
harland roller rockers
Eddie airgap with big gulp throttle body from hughes
30# injectors(subject to change)

Turbo?
Or supercharger?
