200,300 I got it at 198.500. It was a city truck and well maintained up until they sold it in 09, from 09 til I got it in feb it was ABUSED. I put in a new trans and I'm still cleaning the insides out.. The PO used ATF on all the plastics because it made them 'shine'.
I did get it fairly cheap though IMO, I gave the guy $1000 and then paid $200 for a trans at the boneyard.

2001 5.2L 5 speed - 129,500 miles
I installed hughes plenum plate at 110k. Father paid shop to do waterpump at 60k. I Did waterpump/ tstat again at 115k. Did both front u-joints at approx 110k. Failed to grease them and did u-joints again at 125k. New radiator at 128k.
Other than those, no "major" issues yet. Though, there are a few sounds/ things that I'm thinking need repaired here soon. Rear main seal has a slooow leak. Pitman arm also dripping power steering fluid slowly. Steering stabilizer/ track bar/ other front suspension components likely need changed as the truck is pretty difficult to keep perfectly straight, and a bump on the interstate will toss ya from one side of the lane to the other. Have my suspicions that the driveshaft u-joints are needing replaced, as I hear a slight thunk when I shift and hit the gas again. Interested if a double roller timing chain, would make a big difference, with the age/ miles on the truck. Other than those minor issues, I love my truck, and my wife is jealous of the attention/ money I put into it.

Update on my '01 QC 4x4 with 5.9 V8 5-speed...
281,000 miles, few odds and ends but nothing major except for the smoking. Going through about 1/3-1/2 gallon of oil per tankful now.
Had a lady pull out in front of me in an Escalade and the ensuing insurance settlement afforded me the opportunity to do a whole host of upgrades including Dynatrac lock out hubs, DT tracbar, greasable joints all around, Road Rhino bumpers front and rear (I also picked up the dealership for these in my area) new windshield and a few other odds and ends I'm sure I'm forgetting.
The biggie is that it also made it possible for me to buy a 6.7L Cummins that I am going to be transplanting into it soon.
