How many miles do you have on your truck!

1996 SLT
57,667 actual miles.
98 with 5.9 and 146k. Need new ball/u-joints upfront, driver side hub, and some tranny work. Just bought it last week and put new 285/75-17 Nitto Terra Grapplers mounted on 05 Ram 5 spoke Chrome, new plugs, cleaned the injectors, and changed the oil with some restore added. Runs like a champ and better keep it up for a few years!
223k miles.
lets see... lift pump (it didn't die, but stock lift pumps just aren't good enough to keep the injection pump alive on a second gen 24v cummins), track bar, ball joints, both front hub assemblies, front u-joints, front calipers and rotors, head gasket, alternator & radiator (both due to blown head gasket and oil getting everywhere blowing out of the overflow bottle) two blown turbos (stock turbo went with the head gasket, hybrid turbo went kaboom the day I got 150hp injectors) rear door latches have been replaced because they stopped working on both sides. 3rd brake light needed resealed as it was leaking and soaking the head liner every time it rained. steering box was puking oil and got replaced and reinforced with a steering gear brace. A/C compressor seized and took the serp belt with it... the rest was just supporting mods for the performance parts I installed
Oh and I ripped every single tooth off of 5th gear and broke the shaft 5th and 6th gears are on in my NV5600 transmission. so that got replaced...that was related to too much torque though... was already in 6th gear on a 6% grade at 50mph with no load in the bed and not towing, and I just put the skinny pedal to the floor to pass a semi...within a second turbo boost hit 65psi and boom! trans said it had enough of that and let go. she still got me home though! just had to drive it in 4th gear since 5th and 6th were gone and listen to the transmission make horrible grinding noises the whole way home...
still needs new fuel canister since its leaking on top of the fuel tank, need A/C checked out again cause it only blows cold air when it wants to... drivers side heated seat doesn't work. still probably need tie rods, and still need an alignment since I replaced the track bar with an adjustable aftermarket one.
rest was just normal wear..

227,813 miles, original owner, tranny, rear end, typical things like fuel pump, starter, alternator, radiator, shocks, but mostly brakes, brakes, brakes. Paid for so I'll keep it.
169,360 as of today. Was bought in 2004 with 118,000.
What has been replaced:
All lubricants switched to Synthetic.
Water Pump
Wheel Bearings (twice)
U-Joints (Thrice)
Re-built Tranny (Twice)
All brakes replaced
Bilistein Shocks
Tires at 154,000
A/C re-charged every year.
No Cracked dash
Leaking Plenum
Death wobble
Dana 44 from a '94 (hit a car with wheel and tore knuckle off)
Loose ball joints
Catalytic Converter
Thats all I can think of right now.

Add heater core, evaporator core, fuel pump, rear brake line, a couple oil changes, another set of front u-joints, and a set of tires to that list. Not to mention another two water pumps, belt tensioner, spark plugs, wires, dist. cap, plenum gasket, timing chain, Harland Sharp Roller Rockers, Flowmaster muffler, and brakes all the way around.
