Default 193,000 miles

1999 1500 ram sport 4x4 5.9L. Have done usual repairs, water pump, radiator, alternator, starter (3 times). Rebuilt tranny at about 125000. Guy did a **** poor job of it and it went out again 25,000 late r. So at around 150k put a Viper 3 tranny in it. Dash is all to pieces now and about to put Halo LED Projector headlights in it.

LOVE my truck! With my General Grabber AT2 tires, this truck does not get stuck anywhere when i go hunting!!

Default My 1998 Ram 1500

This is my second Ram . Bought it used with 100k , now at 135k. I put in an A/C compressor, cruise servo, U- joints, TPS, O2 sensor bank 1, coil. This truck runs great and had a fantastic body and frame. thinking of a new steering box ,leaks at both ends. But this 360 runs like a bear!
My first was a 1996 Ram 1500 Club Cab with a 318 had 175k when I sold it never put anything into. Just wish my sport was an 8 ft. bed , Quad won't fit but I can deal with that.

Default Running 231k +

This 97 had heater problems, a leaking water pump, leaking hoses and poor brakes. Thanks to the information available from Dodge forum these fixes were inexpensive and reduced unnecessary work.

Here's a recent example; I check my oil on this 97 weekly. I missed 3 days driving it due to running one of the pets back and forth to the vet and used the farm truck (needed a quad cab). When I checked the oil I smelled gas (first thought of course was an injector leaking by), low and behold a post by Hey You about running it 15 minutes and then check the oil as his response to another forum member, had me doing just that. The problem was thus, "not a problem".

So my trucks, "live by this forum". K.

Edit log says 232,300

Edit #2 to putzme22 below; I have the same 24v as yours in the 99 (trust me, 98 cup holder is a whole lot better than the 97 cup holder)!

Hadn't paid attention to my odometer in a while, looked at it tonight, it had 140,300. kinda depressing.
