Default whisteling noise

Another problem I have, sometimes between 1500 and 2000rpm the truck makes a whisteling noise, anyone have any idea what that might be? Its like a high frequency noise, and its only at certain rpms between 1500 and 2000

In my experience it would be a vacuum leak. But best thing to do is get a buddy to accelerate and try to pinpoint the noise.

How is it possible that it could be vacuum when its only at certain rpm? Doesnt matter wether I accelerate hard or just cruise up to speed
Any idea what might leak?

Check that your air intake is seated good against the throttle body. Might need to replace that gasket. They are cheap though.

You can make an emergency repair with some heavy paper (light cardboard ... like a shirtbox). If all the old gasket is there, you can try gluing or taping it together until you get a replacement ... just a temp fix.

Just talked to my friend whos in the states now and he picked up a gasket at carquest, so when he get back to norway on Friday I'll get the new gasket and see if it helps on the noise!
Tried taping the old gasket together, but a little piece is missing to, so I didnt get it right, said some bad words and gave up

You may want to have your friend pick-up a couple of them if their that hard to find in Norway. As long as you keep the extra's in a ziplock bag and away from sunlight they should hold-up well enough to use should you need to replace another one in the future. I have a couple of extra's hanging on a hook on my garage next to the extra valve cover gaskets I keep for my air-cooled VW.
