side exit exhaust DONE, check out the pics!

its quieter than the previous setup at idle, but sounds a little quieter than open headers at wot.
Idk if you can tell from the pictures, but its true duals with an H pipe with the cat in the middle of it, so that I meet emmisions standards without disrupting the flow.
thats pretty sick looking. But i do have 1 question. you said that it has a h pipe and a cat in the middle to meet emmisions standards without disrupting the flow, but i dont see (could just be the pic) how the passanger side header flows through the cat. am i just missing it, or does it not flow through the cat and only the driver side flows through.
i like it. the only complaint i would hav if it were my truck is i dont like being able to see the muffler while your standing a few feet from the truck. but it still looks sick.
i remember you said when it was open header it felt slow...... does it feel good now? haha..... good luck.

Wow, the cat in the h pipe! How did you know which way to install the O2 sensors? How is the PCM supposed to control the mixture with exhaust pulses resonating back and forth in the h pipe?
And...? And...? And...?
I have many more questions! Thanks for sharing the pics with us.

Looks awesome. I don't know how that's supposed to meet emissions standards though other than just having a cat on the truck to look at. lol
You may want to install the original upstream sensor in the bung on the header and plug the one the shop welded in. Do you have emissions testing where you live?

Love the look, possibly put up a sound clip for us to hear it? How much after you got finished did the project cost you?

Yea its a WHOLE lot more powerful. I have a quarter mile marked out on a back road, and I normally hit it at what I trap at, 84-85 (sometimes slightly higher, 86) but today I did it, and I hit 90 even with the tires spinnin on take off! I dont believe that the headers and exhaust netted 4-6mph in the quarter, but Ill find out tomorrow for sure. I definately gaind quite a bit though. 60-90 is extreemly fast now. I cant wait for the M1, cam and pcm. I feel that will open up some serious cans of whoop ***.
and RM_INDY, if you read this, I cant find on your website where you list the gains from each mod you did. If you could shoot me the link, id be appricitiave. thanks.
