Well first off whats a TB?-Second, how much is a TB?-As for the jet chip the only check engine light is the p0441 which has like nothing to do with the engine but i did get it about 2 months after i chipped it, but i doubt it had to do with the chip.

TB is a throttle body...its is to a modern fuel injected engine what a carburator is to an engine that would have come on older engines.

Ok maybe but what about what all these people are saying about the TB? ....i heard an inercooler for my truck wouldnt do anything (true?), but what about a cold air intake, there different things right? And i should get headers to right?

Intercoolers are used in conjunction with positive pressure producing induction systems such as turbos and superchargers to cool the incoming air before putting it into the engine.

The deal with the TB,throttlebody, on your truck is to improve the way the engine breathes. With the Magnum engines, Dodge left room for improvement. By upsizing the TB, adding headers and exhaust, PCM upgrade, and a good CAI, you can get some significant improvements.
If you really want to get it going, there are better head available, but the stock heads are great ported. Throw a better cam and roller-rockers at it and now your taking.

Good luck.

ok i looked for the cad converter and i dont have one lol, the exhaust pipes come together, nothing there but pipe, go towards the front about 4 feet and theres a box, which my friend says is the muffler and not the c converter, also my exhaust pipes are weleded togther in 2 places, crapppily to, has me worried. Anyways this tb sounds good and so do headers, i think my exhaust is good enough (minus the welding job), whats a pcm upgrade, u mean like a chip cuz i already have one, and whats a cai. Also how much horsepower does takin off the c converter give? the muffler ? Whats a cam? Whats a rollerocker? And what about the cold air inmtake u didnt say anything about it, is it the same as an intercooler? thx for your time.

a cold air intake or cai is a replacement for your stock intake, normally it grabs hot air from near the engine and hot air isn't as good as cold air so what that does is most will have some scoop under the car to catch the cold air and instead of using the hot air under the hood it uses the cold air from outside and provides you with more hp. im pretty new with trucks since i've only had mine for a few months so im sure someone else can provide a better description i just figured i could tell you the basics

VS103451
Were any of these Richard Petty Trucks painted black? This vehicle shows an original paint code, PX8A, Black Clearcoat, and option code 6f2, black. That'd be cool if it was, I personally think that air dam looks better on a black truck, again personal opinion.
