From someone who used to work for a place that sells Monroe and has tried them out on various vehicles, The Reflexes are good shocks but are (IMHO) a bit on the stiff side. They are geared for tighter and more precise handling in SUVs and Light Trucks.
The sensa-tracs are a lot softer and are made for a smoother ride, but don't handle as nicely as the reflexes. Personally, I run the heavier duty Monroe gas charged that are geared for towing in the back of my Ram and really like them, however they are a bit on the stiffer side too. The front I haven't switched over from stock yet.
Out of the options listed, If you're looking for a nicer ride I'd lean toward the sensa-tracs.

Just to finish this and for FYI : the Monroe Reflexes are what I had on there and am taking off. I am going to try the Sens-tracs and see what they feel like. Like I said, with Monroe shocks : you have 90 days to decide. You can return them anytime within 30 days and get your money back.

I prefer the Rancho RS9000X's or RS9000XL's. I have the XL's now, and really like them. Otherwise, i've never heard a bad thing about Bilsteins other then the price. If I had to choose between the two Monroes you mentioned, I'd go with the Reflex. I have never liked a soft shock on trucks that are this heavy (escpecially if you like to haul loads or tow).
