Body lift is on: (Updated with Pics)
Your rubbing on the control arms. There are 2 ways to fix this. get tubular control arms from topgun customz, superlift, skyjacker or such, or you can get rims with less backspacing like 4.5 or 4". Silver opted for the tubalur arms from superlift...The control arms do not need to replaced with stock control arms. you need tubalur ones for an overall smaller diamater. Also longer control arms will push the axle forward a little bit which will help center the axle inside the wheel well. A track bar is not really need unless you have a leveling kit on your truck since you'd be going an overall 4" over a stock non offroad ram, which if you do, you can get a drop bracket, or just an adjustable one to help center the axle side to side, but it's not really needed. Since you like your offroad rims, i'd go with the control arms silver bought, they were for a 2 to 3 inch lift, and seemed to work great for him
really ? silver has tubalur arms from superlift ? LOL !! funny you say push the axle forward , cause when i put mine on the uppers at least i had to pull the axle back a1/8 of an inch for the bolt holes to line up.....only time when you need a track bar bracket , sway bar bracket , drop pitman arm is when you go 5" or higher lift...
So should I have my mechanic invest in looking up those tubular control arms? I think the truck does fit the 35's well though Cereal. The truck turns left perfectly, but the right at full lock, rubs. This truck had been in a car accident, so me and my mechanic our under the impression that A.) the differential has been shoved over too much, or B.) That the wrong parts have been put into the truck that did not compensate for the lift. It sucks I bought this truck used though because I dont really know its past. It's obviously the Off-Road edition, but I don't know if it has any additions to that lift, or if its just tall because it sits on the 35" tires. SO im definately at a disadvantage when discussing it because I don't really know whats been done to the truck ya know?
Let me clarify some stuff here. My tubular arms are from Skyjacker, not Superlift. They are actually almost as wide as the stock arms, so they did not assist with rubbing that much (maybe just a millimeter or so). The main reasons I bought them was because:
1) My stock control arm bushings were shot, so while replacing them, I just replaced the arms at the same time. That way I could get arms that were designed for 3" suspension lift. Turns out, these arms do not push your axle forward, they just help to rotate it slightly so that the angles are correct again (upper arm was 1/8" shorter then stock, lower arm was an 1/8" longer then stock, effectively pulling it back on the top, pushing it forward on the bottom).
2) I figured if I do rub, it would be smoother on the rounded surface of a tubular arm then on the jutting edge of the stock arm.
I recommend the Top Gunz tubular control arms if you want something narrower. Based on the photo's i've seen of them, they are quite a bit more narrow then the stock arms or my Skyjacker arms. They are adjustable to, which is a nice feature.
As for rubbing, the stock off-road addition rims only have 5.25" of backspacing, so they are still somewhat prone to rubbing if your running a 35x12.5. I have only rubbed once so far, and it was when I was at full lock, turning right onto a quick steep upward sloped surface. Not something I do very often, so I don't anticipate much rubbing issues overall (keep in mind my Toyo's are wider then other same size tires due to the size of the sidewall lugs). If you had 5" or even better 4.75" of backspacing, I bet you wouldn't rub the control arms at all.

I bought the kit off-eBay for a good discount over the price of a new one. It was still new in the box, but the guy who had it just never installed it, then sold the truck he was going to put it on. The install cost me a little over $500 before taxes.
They wanted much more then that since they did 8 hours of work instead of the original 4-6 they quoted me. That was actually a pretty good price for this area too (labor runs between $80 and $90 hour at almost any shop. At least I know it is installed correctly and profesionally by guys who have done it many many times (it was a 4x4 specialty shop).
It's going good. In the beginning, I kept convinving myself that there were going to be problems after the BL, so I was nervous about every squeek, bump, and vibration I felt. Turns out, the only problem I have is the vacuum issue that I just haven't had time to look into. Other then taking a little getting used to (larger tires with rougher tread, little less responsive, and sitting up higher), I am happy overall, and the truck really performs very good still. My 4.10 gears have no problem getting the truck moving off the line. Almost as good as before when I just had 33's. That makes driving around town very fun. What seems to be the performance loss is when I am in overdrive doing anywhere from 50 to 60 mph. It is a dog then. Little hills that I used to be able to drive over without any downshift now kick me out of OD easily. Once I get on the gas though, I have the power I need, it just isn't there anymore in my final ratio.
Verdict is still out on how gas mileage is going to go, but I think it might not change much if at all based on what I am seeing so far. I need to recalbrote my speedo for the new tires too.
