how many of you feel like you have a love/hate relationship with your ram? i love driving it. i could stay in that thing for hours! **** if the wife would let me id sleep in the damn thing! but i hate the gas mileage! damn if i go anywhere i can see the gas going down little by little. pisses me off because minewhile my friends have these little toyotas and hondas, put $20 gas a week and have go everywhere from here to china. i put $20 each damn day it seems! pisses me off. and when they ask why do i even have this big *** tank. sometimes i dont know why.. till i start it up and hear that v8 rumble.. yea as you can see i love this thing and hate it..

sorry guys i just had to rank. anyone else feel like letting some steam loose feel free.

btw.. i put $20 yesterday and im down to 1/4 tank.. and i only went to work which is 15 miles each way!!

 

20 bucks at 3.09 a gallon , well here any way.. love my ram i hate that there are many mods to do..lol ..cheapest mod is 80 .00 most expensive is 3 grand .. gas i dont worry to much cause its a truck with a v8 ,lifted , big tires...

 

can't complain too much...
if you have the 360... you know it is a quick truck with enough HP as is
i don't complain too much ... i enjoy my trucks company and love driving it...

 

I love how my truck looks, hate what it took to get the type of performance I wanted out of it. If I could do it all over again, I would have bought a v10 or a diesel to start with instead of a 5.2. Gas prices. Doesn't bother me that much when I look at the alternative vehicles that I would have to drive to get good gas mileage. I'd take my truck any day. If I commuted hundreds of miles a day, it might make a bigger difference, but for what I drive, I can live with it.

 

It's worth the money. I get alot of enjoyment out of this vehicle that I can't get with a lesser more gas friendly type.

i love my truck more then almost anything. trust me it should have given up along time ago on it. but i cant let go of her. it being high gas prices or my 2k motor swap [8D]

 

consider todays cost 2k on a motor is not bad . my truck i can live with out , but my 68 mailbu i had since i was 16 thats another story... no bondo not primer , all done plus the 52 keiser (dads) 63 vette string ray (dad inlaw) plus the other day i had a chance and worked on a 69 gtx 4 spd with a 440 (fun , fun) week before that work on a 69 camaro with a 302(customers) ..Yeppers got out of the trucking side and went into the garage full time..
