how much lift clears 35's
My plan is 3 inch lift rough country longer coils not a spacer comes with all four control arms drop down brackets for sway bar rear 2.5 blocks 4 shocks and an adjustable track bar just for the extra built in adjustment for alignment now
Tires 305x70x16 a 33 12.5 well real close little over little under and a 16x8 wheel
with a 4.5 backspace should look great and run without any rubbing at all if I'm wrong let me know before I drop 3 grand lol thanks :icon_headbang

Thanks been doing a lot of research and looking at lots of lifts the rough country lift comes with every thing I need to do the 3 inch lift and with the 305 tires the stock gear will work I'm running 265x75.16 goodyear rts there 32.4 I think so not going much taller just wider
thanks for replying

Yeah now the 285 is around a 35 I think if I was going that big sure new gears from what I have now it will be only 1/2 or 3/4 taller not enough tire to spend the money if I need it sure
ill change them with a new locker

285/75/16 generally equates to 33x11. Sounds like a good plan ya got there.
I'm running 35's on an 01 1500 2WD with just a 2.5" coil spacer.
Which brings me to my real question. I was just about to buy 3" lift coils, and was told I would also need to buy the control arms if I want to go any higher than a 2" level lift in the front. Is this true?

A 3" body lift is a much better option for you being a 2wd.
