Default Exhaust Tips

What kind of tips is everyone using? The most common I've noticed throughout my searches are Dynomax tips, but I was wondering if there were any other variables. If you have a Dynomax, post what kind of Tip it is and how satisfied (or dissatisfied) you are with it.

I actually think magnaflow makes the best tips. They come in all sorts of finshes, shapes, and sizes. I currently run two 22" long by 4" wide stainless steel tips with "slash cuts". They are just sweet. They also have a lot to do with the unique tone I'm getting out of the super 44 muffler. I would never run an exhaust without tips, why would anyone not want to add the finishing touch to an exhaust system? They look nice and control the final note of the exhaust system, it's sweet.

Why did I know you would be the first to reply to me? lol. I know your tips are awesome, but I'm seeing what other people have as well. If anything, what I want out of my truck is fairly identical to what you have and want as well. but try out that mega tip you have with my single exit system. with a THRUSH muffler though. goin old school here.

haha, i aint implying your stupid. but you kind of remind me of a kid in a candy store and your parents say you can get this or that, but not both, so your massively excited ... yet can't choose at the same time. it's great to have a hobby though, stay out of trouble and keep your mind right.

Just out of curiosity has anyone found any decent Stainless tips for less than the 28 bucks or whatever the Magnaflows run? I could care less what brand they are as long as they aren't going to rust out during the winter.

sorry but i cant run tips any more. ya clean and clean and clean and after time they just wear and look like crap. a good set of flows and a turn downs are sweet. no offense man but what kinda exhaust setup are u using?? your exhaust looks like its twice as small as your tips??? when iv ran exhaust and tips they have all been the same size like 2.5 out 3 in. tip. just looks a little junky to me no offense. im gonna be running a 2.5 in 3 inch out dual flows on my 96 with turn downs and it sound awesome. plus u dont have to worry bout hangers breaking and sounding like junk clanging around back there. just my 2 cents go with turn downs forget the tips

Yes, guy, that is offensive. Firstly, it's only at that little angle you can see where the tip is bigger than the pipe. Other than that tiny angle, all you can see is tip. It looks sweet. I think tips that are too small just look ****in queer. I have a big truck, so it goes with the whole theme, tiny tips would of looked so gay if I had them sitting there all by themself. If a sentance ever has to say no offense first, then don't say it guy..
