Does anyone know where I can find a good set of muffler bearings? Iv looked all arround and I can only find them for $129.99 a piece.

if your changing the left hand one, be sure to have your left handed wrentch set close by, the right side ones wont work on it

Hey Indy,

Are you running true duals??? You might want to consider runningthe di/do O pipe behind the muffler bearing. It'll help theunbalanced backpressure from running true duelsfrom your longtubes.

I was thinking of running a true dual O pipe, but its probabily a little less backpressure than I need. If I had it with a metric sized left handed exhaust gas shifter, it would probabily add a good 20 hp. Id like to get a catted version with bearings on the outlet side of the O pipe, but im having a hard time finding one.

That would be sweet if you could find one. Let me know what kinda of gains you get and if it top end or low end is affected at all. You should grap the lowering kit while your at it. I'm so poor that I'm going to try and make the lowering kit at home.

Are you sure it's the muffler bearings? I've heard that low catalytic converter fluid can cause the same symptoms... you might wanna check that out.
