Default To buy or not to buy?

Well my dad owns a bussiness called Mattress Warehouse and Furniture Gallery and hes part owner with another guy. So its a 50/50 cut. Well I didnt know he had a dodge ram indy pace truck w/ a 360. But heres the flip, ITS MADLY MODDED w/ A SUPERCHARGER. Everything he told me was.
Aftermarket heads
Aftermarket Cam
1.6 RR's
Pulleys
Powerdyne Supercharger
Holley 53mm TB
Custom Flash (dont know from who)
Transgo Shift Kit
and a 4.10 rearend w. a locker
thats all he told me.

It was his sons truck but he needs money for college. He wants to sell it to me so he can see it everyday. (I guess he loves that truck) He said if I dont buy it he will get a new paintjob and wait for his son to return from college and surprise him. Hes asking $10,000 straight up. The motor was replaced and now has 32k on it and the original had 190k before replacing. If i can i will snap some pics but its about a 50 mile drive to his house and all this weather is killing me!

If you can afford the truck, the premium octane fuel, and the speeding tickets GO FOR IT!

assuming you can afford the initial cost, you could sell your truck for 3-4k. So Really it's only a 6k truck which is right around the park for a 96, and with all the mods it's a decent deal.

I'd say you better do it, because you already posted it on here and it wouldn't surprise me if someone else is already trying to track it down and beat you to the punch.

The ole "sons away at college" routine hmmm? I would be leary of a used vehicle with a super charger. You know that things been rode hard and put away wet. Drive it. Engage the supercharger. You might find yourself with a few problems you had not counted on. Good luck.
