well that would make perfect sence since i installed a vaccum gauge and spliced into my PVC hose. But all the lines were tight so i dont know where or how it is leaking. could anyone give me some pointers on what to look for ?

Can you post up some pics of your vacuum gauge and install. I'm curious to see it.

THe pictures are hard to see because they are so small. Got any bigger ones? No, i'm not calling out your install job, just curious to see how a vacuum guage gets installed on our Rams.

My truck was having a problem similar to that, and it wound up being the intake plenum plate gasket. If you take the air cleaner off and look inside the throttle body, you'll be able to see the plenum plate. If there's no oil in there, great! If you see oil there, then the vacuum leak has been located.

my PCV had some oil covering the bottom of it, would that hint to something, but it has to be a leak cause it just has started since i hooked up my vaccum gauge
