I will keep looking on ebay and craigslist, I just need to end up in the right place at the right time i guess...

 

Anybody know if the 17" off an 03 will fit on my 97 4x4. Looking for a set of street tires to run in the off season and found a good deal.

 

i've also been priceing out 3rd gen 20s for my 94 but im looking at around 1200 or so, its not cheap but it'll be worth it.

Yes, ...they should fit. They are the same bolt pattern, ...and the inside hub is 3" which is important. The 20" polished I purchased (for my '97)I believe are from an '05, ...they bolt right up, ...and the inside hub is indeed 3", ...just like the factory '97 wheels.

Someone else may be able to confirm, ...but I believe ALL the wheels from around '94 to present have the same inside hub (3") and the same bolt pattern, ...the DIFFERENCE is that somewhere around 2000? the lugbolt sizechanged from 1/2" to 9/16". (For this reason alone, ...the fact that the hub diameter is the same (3") is critical.)


I still plan to follow up with the install of the 20's on my truck. I just finished a few things... https://dodgeforum.com/m_1278648/tm.htmand as mentioned in that thread, ...want to repair the steering box leak and then alignment, ......then the wheels go on. I will post up pics once done.
