lol the guy lists wires and a cap as part of his engine upgrades. why are u fiddling with him dude? give it a rest. let them all waste their money on synthetic oil for 0.5 extra hp. yay.
Sorry, not to be a d*ck, but are you like Indy's "hype" guy or something...you know like a rapper has? Seems like everytime he makes a post, you come sweeping in with a, "Yeah, you tell 'em Indy!" Then you disappear back into seclusion until the next time. I just wanted to see like if you guys were really good friends in real life, or if it's some sort of Fatal Attraction deal, or whatever...just seems a bit odd...like the kid who always tried to hang out with cool guy at school.
where have u been? he said that i was his buddy in real life when i registered on this site. the whole reason im on here is so that i can respond when he shows me funny posts you guys make so that i can enjoy some fun too. i actually like totry to help some of the thickheaded people on here too.i don't remember ever saying "Yeah, you tell 'em Indy!" if i have please send me the link to where i have? if not, id shut thef uckup and have fun withmy truck.

Citygasdude,

I apologize once again for this going off topic, but I hope you got an answer throughout all of it. Some people just never get to a point in their life where name calling becomes juvenile. If I were you I would try some of the Restore if you haven't already. Lots of people talk good about it, and it claims to decrease oil usage, which is common in higher mileage vehicles. Once again, allow me to apologize for the antics. I know it isn't fair to you, and I shouldn't have been rude in the first place. That only dropped me down tothe same pathetic level. Keep rollin, man...

Indy, the purpose of the conversation was never to convince YOU of anything.
You're always right in your mind and I accept that now.

There is information widely availablethatproves that oil changes can be safely extended well beyond a 3k interval even with cheap conventional oil on a modern engine. Proven facts based on real world testing backed up by lab analysis. Some people may be interested in that.

You choose to ignore that, yet offer the "Oh you'll be sorry you didn't listen to me in the end" BS and offer nothing to back up your opinion but snide remarks.

What you do personally doesn't interest me. Actually that's not completely true, I was interested to see how you cam swap turned out. It too bad thing went sour.

Like I said I wish you the best with your truck.

i dont know why you say i dont offer anything to back my oppinions up. I have written page long reasons why things are the way they are, but I guess you dont read them.
btw, the cam swap didnt go sour, just the fire which was unrelated...just clarifying incase you didnt know.

thanks for the well wishes, same to you.

Just thought I'd tack this on to the end of this thread. It's an interesting read no matter one's personal opinion. If you scroll down you can see the links to the Mobil 1 and Amsoil testing results.

Draw your own conclusions.
