I know how you feel. I was kinda worried about putting that many miles on it. I used to be a strict 3k oil change kinda guy even with synthetic but the more I learned about newer oil quality and changes to refinement processes I realised I wasn't getting all that I could out of the oil.
With the miles I drive and the fact I do my own maintenance it's nice to know how long I can really leave the stuff in there.
I only had it tested once and certainly wouldn't do it every time(like you said I canalmost change it for $20)but at least I know now my engineinternals are in good shape and my oil/filter is doing it's job.
Plus it was kind of fun to get the report

How's that street /strip truck running these days?

Your not going to be convinced by any opinion other than your own.
You apparently already know everythingso whats the point?

You had a nice truck. I hope you get it back together some day.

Sorry, not to be a d*ck, but are you like Indy's "hype" guy or something...you know like a rapper has? Seems like everytime he makes a post, you come sweeping in with a, "Yeah, you tell 'em Indy!" Then you disappear back into seclusion until the next time. I just wanted to see like if you guys were really good friends in real life, or if it's some sort of Fatal Attraction deal, or whatever...just seems a bit odd...like the kid who always tried to hang out with cool guy at school.
