Replace the calipers and the pads, and turn your rotors. That should solve the squeal you're getting. Having cracks in your pads is not good, and your calipers are probably pretty worn out by now. I can't remember what the cracking means off hand though.

my brakes were grinding so i bought all new pads to find only the passenger side rear were grinding and all other pads were in excellant shape better than the ones i bought. it looked like the dealer never changed those brakes and they were all brittle and falling apart.let me know if the crack is an indicator to something.

It is good to get the glaze on the rotors taken off because it will give you a better surface for your pads to adhere to. I would bleed out the entire system just to get all the fluid in the brake system changed out at once. The Cardone calipers are good and so are the Bendix as long as you do not mind paying twice the price.
