Well, I just checked my email and had a gift card from summit apologizing for their mistakes. This is how you do business. This is why even though they did make a mix up I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I like jegs better. Just IMHO. I have ordered tons of stuff from them and even though you have to pay a $11.95 "handling charge" on their "free shipping", it is pretty awesome to have the stuff show up the next day. The only problem I have ever had was with their Jegs accessory bolt kit for my 350. The valve cover bolts were twice as long the stockers, I called them up and was informed that you have to use cast aluminum valve covers with them. Oh well. Just gave me an excuse to get my chrome T bar style bolts

Pshh...Jeg's... JK I would have never known you favored Jeg's...[8D] (send me the link to that tranny cooler you recommended...i lost it) Every company that ships out thousands of orders every week is bound to screw up every now and then...it happens. Their percentage of screw ups is probably pretty low...
