Just curious as to why you'd want to change it?

The RH has a mechanical governor vs the RE's electronic governor.
Because of the RH mechanical governor it has a longer overdrive and it makes the over all trans longer. Your transfer case should fit. You will have to shorten the rear drive shaft and lengthen the front.
The valve body is different and I don't think it will plug in to your existing wire harness.
I think you will also have fault codes in the PCM when your done that won't go away due to the RH trans missing electronic components.

I wouldn't do it.
