it dies at idle, in any gear including park so its not trans related

if u let it cool down the problem goes away, but 10 mins into driving it, when it warms up it comes right back, i could barely do 20 mph home

You need to check IAC , TPS, and ECT.

yeah , i dont rmember the exact code..but it was timing chain/cam out of tollerance, or CMP (cam) sensor bad

I replaced the cam senor, still doesnt help (the old one looked bad, very rusty) same problem , i just got back from driving it about 20 mins, hard, and same thing, started dieing at idle....and if i would have keepped driving it, the motor bogs down and backfires, unless you rev it over 3000 in neutral, in drive you cant get the RPM up that high, its too bogged down , back fires, all cycliders, but if u let it cool off, the problem goes away, until it warms up again

I put a vacum gauge on it, didnt notice anything wrong

what do i check for on those sensors u listed?

Check all sensors that are operating in closed loop mode. A bad cat can screw with O2 sensors.
Download the FSM and look around pages 466-468.

Not to be a jerk, but are you sure you changed the Cam sensor and not the Crank sensor?
