The case of the leaning truck...
Body mounts look perfectly fine. None broken, very little rust where they start on the frame, very little where they meet the body. Could it be a broken leaf spring? They look fine, but can they go bad and you not be able to tell until you take it off and/or replace it?
It appears to be... in the front around the cab where I first measured.
So I got underneath and did some more measuring, just in the back.
I measured from the top of the wall of my bed to the top of the cab. 1/2" lower on driver's side. So the problem does appear to be in the rear.
I measured from the rear axle itself to the frame. Approximately 1/4" lower on driver's side then passenger.
I also measured from center of the leaf springs to the bed. 1/2" lower on driver's side.

I'm confused. Your bed doesn't sit level? The entire truck is not level? From the frame down is level but there up it is not?
My bed does not sit level because the floor is cracked up by the cab. It's kind of wobbily.

Measurements I've taken so far, comparing both sides:
Front (cab)- [ol][*]Coil Springs - No difference in height.[*]From top of wheel well to bottom of tire - 1/2" lower on driver's side.[*]From frame underneath cab to ground - No difference in height.[*]Top of cab to top of wall of bed - 1/2" lower on driver's side.[/ol]Rear (bed/box)- [ol][*]Leaf springs to bottom of bed - 1/2" lower on driver's side.[*]From top of wheel well to bottom of tire - 1/2" lower on driver's side.[*]From axle to frame - 1/2" lower on driver's side.[/ol]
And yes, my tire pressure is fine. 39.5-40.5 psi per tire hot (measured it yesterday after driving home from work). Cold its about 38psi.

measure from the ground, up to the bottom of the doors
It sounds like the body is level, but the bed and the fenders are not level. Post some pics, I think that will help us all out
